摘　　要：2021年7月,中华护理学会内科专业委员会牵头发布了《含碘对比剂静脉外渗护理管理实践指南》。本文从碘对比剂静脉外渗的风险因素、预防方法、处理原则、质量改进4个方面,对该指南加以解读,旨在为规范相关临床护理实践、提高碘对比剂静脉输注的安全性提供参考。In July 2021, the Internal Medicine Nursing Committee of Chinese Nursing took the lead in releasing the the Clinical Practice Guideline for Nursing Management of Iodinated Contrast Media Extravasation. In this article, the guideline is interpreted from the following 4 aspects: risk factors, prevention methods, principles of management and quality improvement of iodinated contrast media extravasation, aiming to provide a reference for standardizing relevant clinical practices and improving the safety of intravenous infusion of iodinated contrast media.
