基于医护协作的信息化管理在胸外科手术耗材管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于医护协作的信息化管理模式在胸外科手术计价耗材管理的应用效果。方法2021年6月,复旦大学附属中山医院胸外科改变以往传统手术耗材管理方法,采用基于医护协作的信息化管理模式对手术耗材进行管理。比较基于医护协作的信息化管理模式实施前(2021年3—5月)及实施后(2021年6—8月)的首台手术开台延迟率、植入物耗材临时配送率和医护人员满意度等。结果 实施基于医护合作的信息化管理模式后,首台开台延迟率、植入物耗材临时配送率均降低(P<0.05),医护人员满意度均提高(P<0.05)。结论 基于医护合作的信息化管理模式可有效提高胸外科手术计价耗材管理效率、提升精细化管理水平、促进医护人员满意度提升。Objective To explore the effect of physician-nurse collaborative information management for priced thoracic surgical consumables.Methods In June 2021, the Thoracic Surgery Department of Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University adopted a physician-nurse collaborative information management mode for surgical consumables instead of traditional management methods. The delay rate of first case on-time start, temporary distribution rate of implant consumables and satisfaction of healthcare workers were compared before(March to May 2021) and after(June to August 2021) the implementation of physician-nurse collaborative information management.Results After implementation of physician-nurse collaborative information management, the delay rate of first case on-time start and the temporary distribution rate of implant consumables were reduced(P<0.05), and the satisfaction rate of healthcare workers was increased(P<0.05).ConclusionThe physician-nurse collaborative information management mode can effectively improve the management efficiency of priced thoracic surgical consumables, the level of delicacy management, and the satisfaction of healthcare workers.
