摘　　要：采用自由基聚合法,以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、不饱和双羧基单体和不饱和阳离子单体为原料合成了一种高效降滤失剂G84L。通过红外表征分析了该降滤失剂的结构。参考API RP 10B-22013进行实验,评价了该产品在水泥浆中的各项性能。结果表明,该产品有较好的控制滤失能力,性能明显优于同类产品,有效添加量为0.5%时即可以将API滤失量降至50 mL以内,同时对水泥浆的稠化时间、抗压强度无副作用。能满足固井施工要求。A high efficiency fluid loss agent G84L was synthesized by free radical polymerization using acrylamide,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid,N,N-dimethylacrylamide,unsaturated double carboxyl monomer and unsaturated cationic monomer.The structure of the fluid loss agent was analyzed by FTIR.In accordance with API RP 10B-22013 to evaluate the performance of the product in cement slurry.The results showed that the product has good ability to control fluid loss and the performance is better than other products obviously.The API fluid loss can be reduced to 50 mL when the dosage is 0.5%,and there is no side effects on the thickening time and compressive strength of the cement slurry.It can meet the requirements of cementing construction.
