摘　　要：以水为溶剂的悬浮剂助剂选择是非常重要的,如果助剂选择不当会造成产品在存储过程中析水、结底,从而使分解率上升,悬浮率下降。本文研究了“以水为溶剂的环·醚悬浮剂”的助剂筛选,制备方案优选过程。主要考察了壬基酚甲醛缩合物、十二烷基苯磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯嵌段醚、脂肪醇聚醚、DS505#、DS528#、DS539#、DS567#等助剂在实验过程中的复配效果,最终得出最佳工艺条件。结果表明:DS505#、DS528#的复配为最适合“以水为溶剂的环·醚悬浮剂”的制备,使用二者复配助剂,使产品分析结果析水正常,分解率、悬浮率、湿筛实验、起泡性均达标准。The selection of suspension additives with water as solvents is very important.If the auxiliaries are not selected properly,it will cause the product to be dehydrated and bottomed in the storage process,thus increasing the decomposition rate and the suspension rate to decrease.In this paper,the auxiliary selection of"cyclic ether suspension agent with water as solvent"was studied,and the preparation scheme optimisation process was studied.The compound effect of nonyl phenol formaldehyde condensates,dodecyl benzene sulphonate,polyoxyethylene block ether,fatty alcohol polyether,DS505#,DS528#,DS539#,DS567#and other additives in the experimental process were mainly investigated,and the best technological conditions were finally obtained.The results show that the combination of DS505#and DS528#is the most suitable preparation of"cyclic ether suspension agent with water as solvent".The combination auxiliaries of the two are used to make the product analysis results water precipitation normal,decomposition rate,suspension rate,wet screening experiment and foaming performance meet the standard.
