摘  要:船舶失电事故是指船舶电站受到外界扰动而中断供配电工作的事件。通过分析船舶失电发生的原因,以船舶失电作为顶事件建立了船舶失电事故的“蝴蝶结”模型,利用Bowtie方法直观地掌握船舶失电事故发生过程,进而为其寻找相应的预防及控制措施,并从风险管控和组织安全的角度,为预防失电事件的发生提高理论依据和实际指导。A ship power loss accident refers to an event in which the power supply and distribution work of the ship’s power station is interrupted by external disturbance.By analyzing the causes of ship power loss,the“bowtie”model of ship power loss accidents was established by taking ship power loss as the top event.The Bowtie method can be used to intuitively grasp the process of ship power loss accidents,and then find corresponding prevention and control measures,and from the perspective of risk management and organizational safety,improve theoretical basis and practical guidance for preventing the occurrence of power loss events.
