摘 要:向日葵列当(Orobanche cumana Wallr.)是一种寄生性杂草,给向日葵生产造成严重威胁。为鉴定向日葵抗列当品种并为抗列当育种工作提供优异的种质资源,利用田间盆栽接种法鉴定向日葵新杂交组合以及恢复系、不育系对向日葵列当的抗性,2019年112个向日葵新品种(系)、2020年168个向日葵新品种(系)。结果表明:2019年筛选出16个免疫、5个高抗的杂交组合,24个免疫、2个高抗的恢复系,7个免疫、2个高抗的不育系;2020年筛选出35个免疫、9个高抗的杂交组合,38个免疫、25个高抗的恢复系。2020年向日葵材料鉴定结果以免疫、高抗、中抗等抗性型为主,且均未发现高感材料,主要是因为无论是杂交组合还是恢复系,其亲本均来自前几年鉴定得到的抗性较好的种质资源。Sunflower broomrape(Orobanche Cumana Wallr.)is a parasitic weed,causing extensive damage to sunflower production.In order to identify broomrape-resistant sunflower varieties and provide excellent germplasm resources for broomrape-resistant breeding,field potting inoculation method was used to identify the resistance of new hybrid combinations,restorer lines and sterile lines of sunflower[112 new sunflower varieties(lines)in 2019 and 168 new sunflower varieties(lines)in 2020]to sunflower broomrape.The results showed that,in 2019,16 immune and 5 high-resistant hybrid combinations were screened out,24 immune and 2 high-resistant restorer lines were screened out,7 immune and 2 high-resistant sterile lines were screened out;in 2020,35 immune and 9 high-resistant hybrid combinations were screened out,38 immune and 25 high-resistant restorer lines were screened out.The results of sunflower material identification in 2020 were mainly resistant sunflower varieties(lines),such as immune,high-immune and middle-resistant types,and no high-susceptible material was found,because the parents of these hybrid combinations and restorer lines were all identified as resistant germplasm resources in previous years.
