摘　　要：本文介绍了我国药食用菊花生产技术(包括种植、采收、加工等方面)的研究现状,分析了药食用菊花大规模生产存在的问题,综述了近年来药食用菊花的药用功能成分及其应用的最新发展,并对未来药食用菊花的应用研究方向进行了展望,以期为我国药食用菊花产业发展提供参考。This paper introduced the research status of planting,harvesting and processing of medicinal and edible chrysanthemum in our country,and analyzed the problems in large-scale production of medicinal and edible chrysanthemum.The latest development in functional components and its application of medicinal and edible chrysanthemum were reviewed,and the future application research directions of medicinal and edible chrysanthemum were prospected,so as to provide a reference for the development of medicinal and edible chrysanthemum industry in our country.
