摘 要:基于常规网壳安装方法结构刚度较差、磨损支座的缺点,以一个100 m跨度的干煤棚为例,提出一种山墙起头大跨度网壳施工方法。利用3D3S软件对山墙起头工序进行了施工分析,并提出相应的关键施工技术。分析结果表明:山墙起头各施工阶段结构的整体性较好,施工工况下位移与应力均较小,且施工速度快,具有较大推广意义。山墙起头时,网格高度按照第一跨取与山墙相同高度、第二跨取山墙高度的50%、第三跨取山墙高度的75%时,结构整体性最好,安装最合理。In this paper, a construction method of large span reticulated shell at the beginning of gable was presented due to the disadvantages of poor structural stiffness and bearing wear with the conventional installation method, for example with a dry coal shed with a span of 100 meters. Meanwhile, 3D3S software was used to analyse the construction process of gable starting process, and the corresponding key construction technology was put forward. The analysis results show that the good structural integrity of the gable at each construction stage was shown, the displacement and stress were small under construction conditions, and the construction speed was fast,which has great popularization significance. At the beginning of the gable, the grid height was the same as the gable in accordance with the first span, 50% of the second span and 75% of the third span. The structure integrity was the best, as well as the installation was the most reasonable.
