摘　　要：厕浴间渗漏历来是建筑工程的质量通病,装饰面层与地漏等管件的发展变化对通病的治理方法产生新的影响。以某办公楼工程为例,阐述了厕浴间渗漏的原因,从节点构造、工艺操作及施工管理方面较为全面地介绍了预防控制措施,能够为类似工程施工提供参考。Leakage between toilets and bathrooms has always been a common quality problem in construction projects. The development and changes of pipe fittings such as decorative surfaces and floor drains have a new impact on the treatment methods of common problems. Taking an office building project as an example, the reasons for leakage between toilets and bathrooms are expounded, and prevention and control measures are comprehensively introduced from the aspects of node structure, process operation and construction management, which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
