摘　　要：城市燃气是城市能源结构和城市基础设施的重要组成部分,城市燃气企业的发展在城市现代化中起着重要的作用。文章主要从四个方面进行了城市燃气企业经营管理与发展分析:(1)城市燃气工程建设;(2)燃气储配,管网安全运行措施及管理;(3)做好客户服务工作,提升企业品牌形象;(4)建立增收节支、降本增效工作机制,从而提高城市燃气化水平,改善城市环境、提高能源利用率。Urban gas is an important part of urban energy structure and urban infrastructure.The development of urban gas enterprises plays an important role in urban modernization Use.This paper mainly analyzes the management and development of urban gas enterprises from four aspects:(1) Urban gas engineering construction;(2) Gas storage and distribution,safe operation of pipe network implementation measures and management;(3) Do a good job in customer service and improve the brand image of the enterprise;(4) Establish a working mechanism of increasing revenue and reducing expenditure,reducing cost and increasing efficiency,so as to improve the urbanization of urban gas level,improve the urban environment and improve energy efficiency.
