摘　　要：山东是化工大省,化工也是烟台市支柱产业,大量化工类高素质的职业教育技能型人才的支撑对于推进化工产业安全生产转型升级专项行动具有重要意义。在产教融合背景下,烟台职业学院在建设区域共享型化工实训基地方面,形成政府主导、院校主管、行业指导、企业参与的多层次、立体化的“烟台模式”,打造共建共享、合作共赢格局。立足产业需求导向,优化资源配置,提升职业素质和职业能力,以实训基地为载体搭建合作的平台和纽带,建设在全省具有示范引领效应的烟台化工实训基地。Shandong is a major province of chemical industry,and chemical industry is also the pillar industry of Yantai.The support of a large number of high-quality vocational education skilled talents in chemical industry is of great significance to promote the special action of safe production transformation and upgrading of chemical industry.In the context of the integration of industry and education,Yantai Vocational College has formed a multi-level and three-dimensional "Yantai model" dominated by the government,college directors,industry guidance and enterprise participation in building a regional shared chemical training base,so as to create a pattern of co construction,sharing and win-win cooperation.Based on the industrial demand orientation,optimize resource allocation,improve professional quality and professional ability,build a cooperation platform and link with the training base as the carrier,and build a Yantai chemical training base with demonstration and leading effect in the whole province.
