摘  要:采用分光光度法对钒铁中金属锰进行测定,对钒铁中锰元素含量测试结果进行了不确定度评定。建立了测定钒铁中锰含量不确定度计算模型,从样品制备、标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合以及样品重复性检测四方面进行不确定度评定,最终得到钒铁中锰含量合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明当钒铁中锰元素含量为0.286%时,扩展不确定度为0.015%(k=2)。标准曲线拟合不确定度为0.023 2、标准物质引入不确定度为0.012 2,是影响钒铁锰含量测定不确定度的主要因素。文章提出在钒铁制品质量中锰元素含量检验过程中,应该重视标准曲线拟合、标准物质引入并加以改进,以提高钒铁中锰元素测量结果准确性。In this paper,the metal manganese in ferrovanadium is determined by spectrophotometry,and the uncertainty of the test results of manganese content in ferrovanadium is evaluated,thus establishing the calculation model of uncertainty in the determination of manganese content in ferrovanadium.The uncertainty was evaluated from four aspects:sample preparation,standard solution preparation,standard curve fitting and sample repeatability detection.Finally,the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of manganese content in ferrovanadium were obtained.The results show that when the manganese content in ferrovanadium is 0.286%,the expanded uncertainty is 0.015%(k=2).The uncertainty of standard curve fitting is 0.023 2 and the uncertainty of reference material introduction is 0.012 2,which are the main factors affecting the uncertainty of determination of vanadium,iron and manganese content.The paper points out that in the process of testing the content of manganese in ferrovanadium products,great importance should be attached to the fitting of standard curve,the introduction and improvement of standard materials,so as to improve the accuracy of the measurement results of manganese in ferrovanadium.
