摘 要:工业生产中,经常需要给生产设备或者工艺介质冷却降温,在大多数工业生产中是用水作为传热冷却介质的。这是因为水的化学稳定性好、比热容大,同时,水的来源较广泛,相对来说价格也较低。但是,由于中国淡水资源并不丰富,某些地区自来水供水能力不足,影响了正常的工业生产活动。因此,为了应对自来水供水能力不足的问题,同时尽可能降低企业的用水成本,需要研究循环冷却水系统的节水方法。In industrial production,it is often necessary to cool the production equipment or process medium.In most industrial production,water is used as the heat transfer cooling medium.Because water has good chemical stability and large specific heat capacity,at the same time,water comes from a wide range of sources,and the price is relatively low.However,due to the lack of abundant freshwater resources in our country,the water supply capacity of tap water in some areas is insufficient,which affects the normal industrial production activities.Therefore,in order to deal with the problem of insufficient tap water supply capacity and reduce the water cost of enterprises as much as possible,we need to study the watersaving methods of circulating cooling water system.
