摘  要:随着中国陆上及浅海未开发区块越来越少,开展深水油气勘探成为缓解中国能源压力的必经之路。深水钻井作业与陆地和浅水钻井施工相比需要解决的问题更多、费用更高,因此需要使用更先进的技术和设备以达到在实现全部钻井目标的同时减少钻井问题、提高钻井时效的目的。文章介绍了控压钻井技术在深水浮式钻机与在陆地或海上固定桩腿平台上应用时的设备配套差别,并详述了控压钻井技术在巴西深水区块协助处理钻井问题、最终帮助该井顺利钻至目的层的应用实例。As the new oil and gas discoveries on land and shallow water are less and less,explorations in deep water area become important for ensuring China’s energy security.Comparing to the drilling operations on land and shallow water zones,deep water drilling operation has more problems to tackle with much higher cost,thus hi-tech technologies and equipment are needed to assist in achieve drilling objectives while increasing operational efficiency.This paper presents the equipment differences when MPD is used on deep water rigs comparing to land and shallow water rigs,it also introduces how MPD helped on solving drilling problems during the deep water drilling in Brazil,and finally drilled to designed TD.
