摘  要:为了提高修井作业的清洁作业水平,使工人尽量远离恶劣的工作环境,在清洁修井作业方面做了探索和实践,取得了较好的效果,值得推广应用。首先,应充分认识清洁作业技术的必要性和迫切性,这既是法律法规的要求,也是企业健康发展的迫切需求,还是企地融合发展的必由之路。其次,应确定应用清洁作业技术的合理优先级,遵从“优先源头控制”的环保理念,分清主次和优先级,尽量把油、水、蜡及其混合液控制在井筒及井场较小的范围。最后,应建立切实可行的清洁作业管理模式,从组织领导、标准和规范、投资和配置等方面加大推广应用的力度,确保清洁作业技术有效管理与运转。In order to improve the cleaning level of workover operations and keep workers away from the harsh working environment as much as possible,some explorations and practices have been made in cleaning workover operations,and good results have been achieved,which are worthy of popularization and application.Firstly,the necessity and urgency of clean operation technology should be fully understood,which is not only the requirements of laws and regulations,but also the urgent need for the healthy development of enterprises,and the only way for the integrated development of enterprises and localities.Secondly,the reasonable priority of applying clean operation technology should be determined,follow the environmental protection concept of "priority source control",distinguish the primary and secondary and the priority,try to control oil,water,wax and their mixtures in a small range of wellbore and wellsite.Finally,establish a feasible cleaning operation management mode,from the aspects of organizational leadership,standards and norms,investment and allocation etc.,to increase the promotion and application,to ensure the effective management and operation of clean operation technology.
