摘　　要：文章以某石油化工企业的环氧乙烷衍生生产系统为例,介绍了环氧乙烷衍生产品的生产流程,以生产需求为出发点,应用了第四代集散控制系统ExperionPKS,真正优化了整体生产系统的工艺运作。同时介绍了该系统结构,分析了全部的工艺流程路径,研究了逻辑联锁功能,分析了环氧乙烷衍生生产系统安全性评价。该集散控制系统在企业生产系统应用后,呈现极高的稳定性,显著提升了环氧乙烷衍生生产系统的安全性和运行效率。Taking the ethylene oxide derivative production system of a petrochemical enterprise in China as an example,this paper introduces the production process of ethylene oxide derivative products.Taking the production demand as the starting point, the fourth generated distributed control system ExperionPKS is applied to truly optimize the process operation of the overall production system.At the same time,the system structure is introduced,and all the process flow paths are analyzed.The realization of logic interlocking function is studied,and the safety evaluation of ethylene oxide derivative production system is analyzed.After the application of the distributed control system in the enterprise production system,it shows high stability,and significantly improves the safety and operation efficiency of the ethylene oxide derivative production system.
