摘　　要：文章简述了UV单体用特种多元醇的反应原理,以及对UV单体用特种多元醇生产工艺参数、工艺风险进行了分析。并提出了应对UV单体用特种多元醇装置危险工艺的风险控制方案,为生产装置安全、稳定、长周期运行提供保障。The article briefly describes the reaction principle of special polyols for UV monomers,and analyzes the production process parameters and process risks of special polyols for UV monomers.And put forward a risk control plan to deal with the dangerous process of the special polyols plant,to provide guarantee for the safe,stable and long-term operation of the production plant.
