摘　　要：脏腑推拿,又称腹部推拿,是一种作用于腹部绿色安全,且被逐渐认可的一种中医手段。古代脏腑推拿在临床中应用广泛,涉及内科、儿科、妇科、男科疾病及急诊、养生、腹诊等诸多学科内容,尤其在内科消化系统、儿科疾病等方面应用最为广泛。研究以古籍文献为研究对象,探究古代脏腑推拿在临床中的应用,以期为脏腑推拿的传承和发展提供一定的参考。Viscera tuina,also known as abdominal tuina. Ancient viscera tuina is widely used in clinical practice,involving internal medicine,pediatrics,gynecology,male diseases and emergency medicine,health care,abdominal diagnosis and many other disciplinary contents,especially in internal medicine and digestive system,pediatric diseases and other aspects of the most widely used. This study takes the ancient literature as the research object and explores the application of ancient viscera tuina in clinical practice,in order to provide some experience for the inheritance and development of viscera tuina.
