基于恶性肿瘤真实世界研究需求的中医术语标准化研究现状及思考

摘　　要：基于真实世界的临床研究是能体现中医药诊疗疾病特色的一种有效研究手段,而从真实世界中获取客观、标准、正确的第一手数据是实现真实世界临床研究的首要前提。目前,在恶性肿瘤的临床研究中,来自真实世界的证据越来越受到关注。但是在实际科研过程中,中医名词术语的复杂性、多样性都给中医肿瘤临床信息的量化获得带来一定的障碍,所以如何对中医肿瘤名词术语进行标准化研究以满足真实世界研究信息提取的需求是目前亟待解决的问题,本文系统回顾了既往中医名词术语规范化所取得的进展,提出了现阶段基于真实世界研究需求的中医肿瘤名词术语标准化存在的问题,并提出解决的研究途径,希望为基于真实世界的具有中医特色肿瘤临床科研工作提供思路和方法。The clinical research based on the real-world is an effective research method that can show the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in diagnosing and treating diseases.The objective,standard and correct firsthand data obtained from the real world is the primary prerequisite for the realization of real-world clinical research.The proof from the real-world clinical research of malignant tumor has attracted a lot of attention at present.However,the complexity and diversity of TCM terminology have brought some obstacles to the quantification of TCM clinical information in the real-world research.Therefore,how to standardize TCM terminology to meet the needs of information extraction in the real-world research is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper reviewed the progress in the previous standardization of TCM terminology systematically,pointed out the existing problems in the standardization of TCM terminology based on the requirements of real-world research at present,and put forward some research approaches that can solve the problems.It is expected to provide ideas and methods for real-world clinical research on the oncology with the characteristics of TCM.
