基于网络评论数据的传统街区使用后评价研究——以晋江五店市为例

摘　　要：针对常规介入式使用后评价方法在真实性、准确性、全面性上的不足,引入网络评论数据这一非介入式大数据进行传统街区使用后评价研究。以晋江五店市为例,采用内容分析法对网络评论数据进行高频词分类分析、语义分析、情感分析,构建基于网络评论的使用后评价流程与体系框架。进而分析街区使用状况及存在问题,提出控制商业化程度、建筑区分、游览活动等方面的优化建议。该评价方法对传统街区使用后评价和规划实施优化具有应用价值。In view of the deficiency of the interventional post-occupancy evaluation method in authenticity,accuracy and comprehensiveness,this paper introduces the network review data,which is a non-intrusive big data,to study the traditional block post-occupancy evaluation.Taking traditional blocks of Wudianshi,Jinjiang as an example,the content analysis method is used to analyze the high-frequency word,semantic and emotion of the network review data,and to construct the post-occupancy evaluation process and system framework based on the network review.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the usage status and existing problems of the block,and puts forward some optimization suggestions on controlling the degree of commercialization,building differentiation and sightseeing activities.This kind of evaluation method has application value in postoccupancy evaluation and planning optimization of traditional blocks.
