“院落空间”的居住文化探析与社区规划思考

摘　　要：多样的居住建筑形式蕴含着浓厚的地域精神,体现着丰富的民族文化。院落空间作为典型的居住建筑形式,在研究居住文化方面极具代表性。文章通过分析院落空间的历史演进,从哲学思想、社会结构、土地制度溯源,探寻其蕴含的居住文化,并结合当下社区发展的现状,提出“人”为核心理念、构建治理体系、营造共享空间、合理配置资源、开放社区空间、共建社区精神的社区规划思路。A varied residential building form contains specific regional spirit and rich national culture.As a typical form of residential building,courtyard space is the most representative in the study of residential culture.Based on the historical evolution of courtyard space,this paper explores its residential culture by analyzing from three aspects:philosophical thought,social structure and land system.Combined with the current situation of community development,this paper puts forward the core concept of"people-oriented",and the community planning ideas which includes constructing governance system,creating shared space,allocating resources reasonably,opening community space and jointly building community spirit.
