摘  要:区域性的集中蓄热试供暖已在我国北方大多数城市得到普及。但对电网蓄热量无法精准控制,且长期缺乏合理的计量措施。为适应市场经济体制运作的要求,同时满足住户家居生活的自动化、安全化和舒适化需求,开发了一套合理准确地计量电网蓄热量的系统。基于STM32单片机的电网蓄热量监测系统具有流量检测、进水温度检测、出水温度检测、数据显示及远程监控等功能。电网蓄热量通过对水的温度以及流量进行检测,得到电网蓄热量数据。首先测量进水温度,再采集出水温度,通过出水温度减去进水温度来实时获取流量,得到电网蓄热量数据。电网蓄热量数据可以在本地显示,也可以远程监控。通过仿真,验证了该电网蓄热量监测系统的可行性,为电蒸汽蓄热锅炉智能化控制设计与开发提供经验。Regional central heat storage trial heating has been popularized in mass cities in northern China.However,the heat storage capacity of the power grid can not be accurately controlled,and there is a lack of reasonable measurement measures for a long time.In order to meet the operation requirements of market economic system and meet the requirements of automation,safety and comfort of household life,a set of reasonable and accurate system for measuring the heat storage capacity of power grid is developed.The functions of the power grid heat storage monitoring system based on STM32 single chip microcomputer include flow detection,inlet water temperature detection,outlet water temperature detection,data display and remote monitoring.The heat storage capacity of power grid can be obtained by detecting the temperature and flow of water.The water temperature needs to be measured first.After collecting the outlet water temperature,the outlet water temperature minus the inlet water temperature can be used to obtain the heat storage capacity data of the power grid at home.The heat storage capacity data of the power grid can be displayed locally or remotely monitored.Through the design of simulation verification,the power grid heat storage monitoring system is realized.
