摘  要:随着工业的发展和自动化技术的进步,工业生产线自动化程度越来越高,大量的电机控制系统正应用在生产线中,传统的工业控制类产品长期被国外企业垄断,国内产品不能很好地融入到PLC系统中,为了实现国内工控类产品与国外PLC相兼容,该文设计了一种基于工业以太网的分布式智能传输控制系统,采用了专用通信模块实现与PLC组网,用于对电机进行智能传输控制,并阐述了系统的工作原理、硬件架构、各子板卡的功能以及芯片选型,经过实际工业产线的考核验证,系统可以复杂的工业环境下稳定、可靠工作。同时,针对国内部分行业的特殊需求加入了条码扫描、存储等功能,使其具有更广泛的应用范围。Due to the rapid development of industry and the progress of automation technology,the degree of automation of production lines is gradually improving,and more and more controlled motor equipment are installed on various production lines.Foreign enterprises have long monopolized industrial control products,and it is difficult for domestic related products to be compatible with PLC system.In order to make foreign PLC compatible with domestic industrial control products,this paper designs an intelligent transmission control system based on Industrial Ethernet,which is interconnected with PLC through special communication module,so as to realize the control of motor.In addition,this paper also introduces the working principle,architecture design,board function and chip selection of the system in detail.The system has passed the verification and examination of the actual production line,and can work reliably and stably in various industrial environments.At the same time,the system is equipped with bar code scanning,storage and other auxiliary functions for some special industries in China,which has greatly expanded its application scope.
