摘  要:机制砂正逐渐代替天然砂在建筑材料中广泛应用,为了获得凝灰岩原材料的机制砂配合比和力学性能,开展了凝灰岩机制砂的应用研究。依托浙江某高速公路工程,制备了以凝灰岩为原材料的机制砂,然后结合现有规范和混凝土配合比全计算法,获得了C50机制砂混凝土的配合比,并对其抗压强度进行力学试验。研究结果表明,在天然砂资源匮乏地区,凝灰岩机制砂可替代天然砂作为C50混凝土细骨料,其抗压强度满足混凝土强度标准值要求。Machine-made sand is gradually replacing natural sand in building materials. In order to obtain the mix proportion and mechanical properties of machine-made sand of tuff raw materials, the application research of tuff machine-made sand has been carried out. Relying on an expressway project in Zhejiang Province, the machine-made sand with tuff as raw material is prepared. Then, combined with the existing specifications and the full calculation method of concrete mix proportion, the mix proportion of C50 machine-made sand concrete is obtained, and its compressive strength is tested. The results show that, in the area where natural sand resources are scarce, tuff machine-made sand can replace natural sand as C50 concrete fine aggregate, and its compressive strength meets the standard value of concrete strength.
