摘　　要：为及时、高效、合规地实施高校内部限额以下修缮工程,尽量避免滞后修缮,结合高校修缮工程的特点及管理经验,针对高校内部限额以下修缮工程的采购模式进行研究,提出了预采购模式,并对预采购模式中工程量清单的预设方法、评选办法的创新设计进行了阐释,以期为高校内部限额以下修缮工程的采购提供参考。For implementing renovation project below the internal quota in colleges and universities instantly,efficiently and systematically,and try to avoid delayed renovation,combined with the characteristics and management experience of renovation project in colleges and universities,the paper carries out research on the procurement mode for renovation project below the internal quota in colleges and universities,and proposes a pre-procurement mode,then expounds approach to pre-setting bill of quantities and innovative design of selection method in pre-procurement mode,in order to provide reference for the procurement of renovation project below the internal quota in colleges and universities.
