摘 要:目的通过对实验样本的光学检验,证明烧毁彩票表面遗留书写字迹光学检验的可行性。方法分别运用配光检验技术、红外线反射照相技术,对焦化、炭化烧毁彩票表面遗留的黑色圆珠笔字迹、蓝色圆珠笔字迹、红色圆珠笔字迹、绿色圆珠笔字迹、蓝色可擦笔字迹、黑色可擦笔字迹、蓝色自动消失笔字迹、黑色中性笔字迹、红色中性笔字迹和黑色水性笔字迹进行光学检验实验。结果配光检验技术可以清晰显现焦化烧毁彩票表面遗留书写字迹,不能清晰显现炭化烧毁彩票表面遗留书写字迹,红外线反射照相技术可以清晰显现大部分炭化烧毁彩票表面遗留书写字迹。结论烧毁彩票表面遗留书写字迹可以运用光学检验方法显现,显现出的字迹清晰,达到检验鉴定的要求。配光检验技术显现焦化烧毁彩票表面遗留书写字迹效果与选用的配光方法有关,红外线反射照相技术显现炭化烧毁彩票表面遗留书写字迹效果与选用的光源种类和红外滤光镜波段有关。Objective:Through the optical inspection of the experimental samples,to prove that the optical inspection of handwriting left on the surface of burned lottery ticket is feasible.Method:The Light Distribution Examination Technology and Infrared Reflection Photography Technology were applied to the optical inspection experiment respectively,which was aimed at the handwriting left on charred and carbonized lottery tickets(including:black ballpoint handwriting,blue ballpoint handwriting,red ballpoint handwriting,green ballpoint handwriting,blue erasable pen handwriting,black erasable pen handwriting,blue auto-vanishing pen handwriting,black gel pen handwriting,red gel pen handwriting and black fountain pen handwriting).Results:The handwriting left on charred lottery ticket surface can emerge clearly through the Light Distribution Examination Technology,whereas the handwriting left on carbonized lottery ticket can not emerge clearly.A majority of handwriting left on carbonized lottery ticket surface can emerge clearly through applying Infrared Reflection Photography Technology.Conclusion:By means of the Optical Inspection method,the handwriting which retained on the surface of burned lottery ticket can appear,and that handwriting presented so clearly that can meet the requirement of identification inspection.The effect of Light Distribution Inspection Technology to show the handwriting left on the surface of charred lottery ticket is related to the selection of light distribution method.The effect of Infrared Reflection Photography Technology to show the handwriting on the carbonized lottery ticket surface is related to the type of light source and the wave band of infrared filter.
