摘　　要：目的:分析线上线下相结合的正念减压疗法对缓解动脉瘤手术患者焦虑、抑郁的效果以及对生活质量的影响。方法:将某三级甲等医院神经外科的67例动脉瘤手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组34例、对照组33例。对照组接受线上线下相结合的常规护理,实验组接受线上线下相结合的正念减压疗法,在干预前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)对两组患者进行测定。结果:干预后实验组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,生活质量总分高于对照组,生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能3个维度得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:线上线下相结合的正念减压疗法能有效缓解动脉瘤患者的焦虑、抑郁程度,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the effects of mindfulness decompression therapy administered both online and offline on anxiety and depression and life quality of patients receiving aneurysm surgery.Methods:A total of 67 patients given aneurysm surgery in the Department of Neurosurgery of a tertiary grade A hospital were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 34 cases in the former and 33 in the latter.The control group received routine nursing both online and offline,while the experimental group received online-offline integrated mindfulness decompression therapy in addition to routine care.Then the anxiety,depression and life quality of the two groups were evaluated and compared before and after the intervention by the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the ShortForm(SF)-36 Health Survey Scale.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total score of life quality in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)as well as its three dimensions including physiological function,physical pain and emotional function(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mindfulness decompression therapy given both online and offline can effectively alleviate the degree of anxiety and depression of patients with aneurysms and improve their quality of life.
