锻炼社会支持量表的修订及其在孕妇人群中的信度效度检验

摘　　要：目的:根据孕妇身体活动情境特点对锻炼社会支持量表进行修订,形成孕妇身体活动社会支持量表,并进行效度和信度检验。方法:通过文献回顾并根据半结构化访谈结果对锻炼社会支持量表进行修订,再经预测试调试条目,最后采用便利抽样法选取495名孕妇进行孕妇身体活动社会支持量表的信度和效度检验。结果:孕妇身体活动社会支持量表包含4个维度,24个条目;量表的内容效度指数S-CVI/UA为0.92,S-CVI/AVE为0.98,量表的内部一致性系数为0.95,量表2周后的重测信度为0.88;探索性因子分析提取出4个公因子,总体方差累计贡献率为78.88%;验证性因子分析结果显示,模型适配良好,该量表因子结构稳定。结论:孕妇身体活动社会支持量表具有良好的信度、效度,可作为评价我国孕妇参与身体活动所获得的社会支持水平的工具。Objective:To adapt the Social Support Scale for Exercise into the Pregnancy Physical Activity Social Support Scale(P-PASSS),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The P-PASSS was adapted from the Social Support Scale for Exercise based on literature review and interviews with pregnant women,adjusted and revised the items through pilot study.Using the convenience sampling method,495 pregnant women were selected to test the reliability and validity of the P-PASSS.Results:The P-PASSS included 4 dimensions and had 24 items in total.The content validity index of the scale was S-CVI/UA=0.92,S-CVI/AVE=0.98.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient was 0.95.The test-retest reliability coefficient after 2 weeks was 0.88.Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 78.88%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fits well,indicating that the factor structure of the questionnaire was stable.Conclusion:The P-PASSS has good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate social support regarding pregnant women’s physical activity.
