虫草补肾胶囊对绝经后骨质疏松症肝肾阴虚型患者骨密度和骨转换指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察虫草补肾胶囊对绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)肝肾阴虚型患者骨密度(BMD)和骨转换指标的影响。方法将82例PMOP肝肾阴虚型患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组41例予西医常规治疗,治疗组41例在对照组治疗基础上应用虫草补肾胶囊治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后临床症状评分变化;比较2组治疗前后不同部位BMD值变化;比较2组治疗前后骨转移指标及骨吸收标志物变化;比较2组不良反应发生情况。结果2组治疗后腰膝痠软、下肢痿弱、下肢疼痛、腰背疼痛、步履艰难评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后大转子、股骨颈、ward三角区、第1~4腰椎(L_(1~4))的BMD值均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、Ⅰ型原胶原N-端前肽(PINP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)-5b、Ⅰ型胶原C-末端肽交联(CTX)均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论虫草补肾胶囊治疗PMOP肝肾阴虚型,能改善患者临床症状,改善BMD和骨转换指标。Objective To observe effects of Chongcao Bushen capsule on bone mineral density(BMD)and bone turnover markers(BTMs)in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Methods Totally 82 PMOP patients were randomly divided into the control group(conventional Western medicine treatment,n=41)and the treatment group(conventional Western medicine+cordyceps sinensis kidney capsule,n=41).A 3-month treatment were performed to compare clinical score,BMD,BTMs,and adverse reaction.Results After treatment,the scores of waist and knee weakness,lower limb weakness,lower limb pain,back pain,walking difficult in groups were decreased(P<0.05),which in the treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the BMD values of greater trochanter,femoral neck,ward's triangle region and lumbar vertebrae 1-4(L1-L4)in groups were increased(P<0.05),the treatment group was more prevalent(P<0.05);bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),N-terminal propeptide of type I procollagen(PINP),tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase isoform 5b(TRACP-5b),C-terminal telopeptide of type 1 collagen(CTX)in groups were decreased(P<0.05),the reduction in the treatment group was more common(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the total incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For PMOP patients,Chongcao Bushen capsule can improve clinical symptoms,improve BMD and BTMs.
