Coflex动态固定治疗盘源性下腰痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 对20例盘源性下腰痛(discogenic low back pain,DLBP)患者经过Coflex动态固定治疗后的临床疗效进行观察分析。方法 比较20例DLBP患者经过Coflex动态固定治疗前后的Oswestry功能障碍指数、疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分及腰椎关节活动度(range of motion,ROM)的变化。结果 经过Coflex动态固定治疗6个月后,DLBP患者Oswestry功能障碍指数和VAS评分较治疗前均降低(P均<0.01),ROM较治疗前增加(P<0.01)。结论 Coflex动态固定治疗DLBP患者具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Coflex dynamic fixation on 20 patients with discogenic low back pain.Methods The scores of Oswestry disability index,visual analog scale(VAS)and range of motion(ROM)were compared before and after Coflex dynamic fixation treatment in 20 patients with discogenic low back pain.Results Twenty patients with discogenic low back pain were treated with Coflex dynamic fixation,and their Oswestry dysfunction index,visual analog scale(VAS)score were reduced(P all<0.01),and ROMofoperationsegmentwas significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion Coflex dynamic fixation is effective in the treatment of patients with discogenic low back pain is worthy of further clinical research.
