摘 要:全封闭式往复压缩机的噪声主要来源于壳体的声辐射,薄板辐射声压与其表面法向振速幅值有关,可通过优化板厚、加强筋肋、薄板刚度等参数来实现薄板结构表面法向振速的控制。通过对压缩机壳体进行VTF(振动传递函数)仿真分析,寻找上下壳体振速最大的位置,并基于OptiStruct对压缩机壳体进行形貌优化,在壳体上优化出最佳的加强筋位置、形状及尺寸,指导壳体加强筋的设计。对优化后的壳体结构进行模态及VTF仿真校验,第一阶固有频率提升8.5%,第二阶固有频率提升3.0%,壳体响应点法向振速MAX值降低23.6%,并低于目标值。通过振动及近场声压的试验验证,结果表明在峰值72 Hz处振动加速度降低了21.5%,近场声压在2500 Hz频带以内及10000 Hz以上均有降低,验证了基于OptiStruct的形貌优化仿真方法在提升压缩机壳体面刚度及降低辐射噪声的有效性。The primary source of noise of a hermatic reciprocating compressor is the acoustic radiation from its housing.The acoustic radiation pressure of sheets is related to the vibration velocity amplitude,normal to the surface.To control such surface normal velocity,optimization of parameters such as plate thickness,plate stiffness and the reinforcement structure by ribs can be adopted.VTF(Vibration Transfer Function)simulation and analysis of the compressor housing is carried out to locate the spot with largest vibration on both upper and lower shells.An topological optimization of the compressor housing is conducted based on OptiStruct,and the optimal position,shape and size of the stiffener are derived,which can be referred to as the stiffener design guidance.According to modal and VTF simulation results of the optimized shell structure,the 1st-order and 2nd-order natural frequency increase by 8.5%and 3.0%,respectively.Meanwhile,the maximum normal vibration velocity of the response points on the shell decreases by 23.6%,lower than the target value.Through experimental verification of vibration and near-field acoustic pressure,the results show that vibration acceleration has reduced by 21.5%at the peak of 72 Hz,and the near-field acoustic pressure has dropped in the frequency bands below 2500 Hz and above 10000 Hz.The effectiveness of the morphological optimization simulation in improving the housing stiffness and reducing radiative noise based on OptiStruct has been verified.
