摘  要:热泵干衣机滤网易脏堵,严重影响干衣时间及干衣能耗,滤网自清洁成为热泵干衣机的重要研究方向。将离心分离技术应用于10 kg热泵干衣机的滤网自清洁,并测试了原机及自清洁样机的风量、噪声等基本性能,结果显示:自清洁样机空载循环风量及空载运行噪声与原机接近。半载工况干衣性能方面,原机平均干衣时间116.3 min,干衣能耗1.452 kW•h,干燥后负载含水率-1.47%;自清洁样机平均干衣时间116.0 min,干衣能耗1.461 kW•h,干燥后负载含水率-1.40%。不清洁滤网条件下,原机在第4个干衣周期开始出现干不透现象,造成该现象的主要原因是滤网线屑堆积,风道阻力增大,空载循环风量由311 m^(3)/h大幅降低到251 m^(3)/h。自清洁样机在100个周期可靠性测试过程中,干衣性能呈相对稳定的波动趋势,100个周期的平均干衣时间117.6 min,平均干衣能耗1.478 kW•h,平均含水率-1.50%。自清洁样机100个周期后的干衣时间、干衣能耗、含水率、空载循环风量以及整机运行噪声等与长期运行前的自清洁样机及原机基本一致,该离心自清洁干衣机方案稳定可靠。最后,模拟用户实际使用场景分析了原机及自清洁样机的干衣性能,使用10年,自清洁样机比原机总干衣时间减少943 h,总能耗减少511 kW•h,自清洁样机碳排放更低。The filter of heat pump clothes dryer is easy to get dirty,which has a significant impact on the drying time and drying energy consumption.The self-cleaning of the filter has become an important research direction of 10 kg heat pump dryer.Centrifugal separation technology is applied to the self-cleaning filter of heat pump clothes dryer.The basic performance of the prototype and self-cleaning prototype such as air volume and noise was tested.The results show that:the no-load circulating air volume and operation noise of the self-cleaning machine are close to the original machine.In terms of drying performance under half-load condition,the average drying time of the original machine is 116.3 min,and the drying energy consumption is 1.452 kW•h,the moisture content is-1.47%.And the average drying time of the self-cleaning machine is 116.0 min,and the drying energy consumption is 1.461 kW•h,the moisture content is-1.40%.Under the condition of unclean the filter,the original machine began to dry impervious in the fourth drying cycle.The main reason is that the accumulation of wire chips on the filter,and this leads to the increase of wind resistance,and the no-load circulating air volume is greatly reduced from 311 m^(3)/h to 251 m^(3)/h.During the 100 cycle reliability test of the self-cleaning machine,the drying performance showed a relatively stable fluctuation trend.The average drying time of 100 cycles is 117.6 min,the average drying energy consumption is 1.478 kW•h,and the average moisture content is-1.50%.The drying time,drying energy consumption,moisture content,no-load circulating air volume and operating noise of the self-cleaning machine after 100 cycles is basically consistent with the self-cleaning machine before long-term operation and the original machine.The centrifugal self-cleaning clothes dryer is stable and reliable.Finally,analyzed the performance of the original machine and self-cleaning machine by simulating the actual use scenarios.After 10 years,the total drying time of the self-cleaning
