摘 要:化霜系统是保证无霜冰箱制冷系统正常运行的关键核心系统。若化霜系统出现故障,冰箱则不能正常制冷。化霜熔断器设计是风冷冰箱安全设计的关键环节。单系统对开门无霜冰箱产品的蒸发器高度高于普通风冷冰箱蒸发器一倍左右,热传输距离加大,难以实现可靠的化霜效果。从市场售后维修情况来看,无霜冰箱产品出现化霜熔断器异常熔断的现象在行业内较为普遍。为解决此化霜系统问题,通过调查及试验分析确定了熔断器异常熔断的几种主要故障原因,并提出了熔断器设计的可靠性方法——双向平衡法,即极限态等效可靠性试验与干湿烧试验互相对弈平衡,找到最佳设计位置。确保电冰箱在各种环境下运行熔断器不会发生异常熔断现象。Defrosting system is the basic system to ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration system of frost free refrigerator.If the defrosting system fails,the refrigerator cannot cool normally.The design of defrosting fuse is the key link in the safety design of air-cooled refrigerator.The height of the evaporator of the single system pair door frost free refrigerator is about twice that of the ordinary air-cooled refrigerator,and the heat transfer distance is increased,so it is difficult to achieve reliable defrosting effect.From the market after-sales maintenance situation,the phenomenon of abnormal fusing of defrosting fuse in frost free refrigerator products is common in the industry.In order to solve the problem of defrosting system,several main fault causes of fuse abnormal fusing are determined through investigation and test analysis.The reliability method of fuse design:bidirectional balance method is proposed.That is,balance the two tests of residual test and dry and wet burning test to find the best design position.Ensure that the fuse of the refrigerator will not fuse abnormally under various environments.It provides an important reference method for design practitioners in the industry.
