长螺旋钻孔压灌桩技术在厚砂层夹杂液化土层复杂地质条件下的应用

摘　　要：通过对化工储罐地基承载力不足且地基深部存在厚砂层夹杂液化土层复杂地质条件下满足上部化工储罐大荷载的基本运行工况的研究,对厚砂层夹杂液化土层复杂地质条件下长螺旋钻孔压灌桩施工进行探索,总结出该工艺在类似地质条件下的应用技术,并介绍了施工关键技术措施,在工程中成功应用,对类似工程实施具有一定的借鉴意义。Through the study of the basic operating conditions of the chemical storage tank under the condition of insufficient foundation bearing capacity and the combination of deep liquefied strata and thick sand layer,the basic operating conditions of the upper chemical storage tank with large load,the long spiral drilling under the combination of liquefied stratum and thick sand layer is studied.The construction of cast-in-place piles with steel cages inserted after pressing concrete was explored,and the application technology of this process under similar geological conditions was summarized,and the key technical measures of construction were introduced,which were successfully applied in the project.It has certain reference significance for the implementation of similar projects.
