摘　　要：本研究的主要目是为了明确地下室防水施工技术在建筑工程中的重要作用,充分了解目前地下室防水常用的施工技术类型,分析地下室渗水原因,提出在建筑施工中值得注意的工程要点,进而提高地下室防水施工技术的整体水平。通过分析得知,地下室渗漏主要是由于设计不合理、材料不合格、施工不到位3个方面引起,通过对地下室防水施工技术进行改进,促进建筑工程的健康发展。The main purpose of this study is to clarify the important role of basement waterproof construction technology in construction engineering,fully understand the commonly used construction technology types of basement waterproof at present,analyze the causes of basement water seepage,put forward the engineering key points worthy of attention in construction construction,and then improve the overall level of basement waterproof construction technology.The analysis shows that the leakage of basement is mainly caused by unreasonable design,unqualified materials and inadequate construction.Through the improvement of basement waterproof construction technology,we can promote the healthy development of construction engineering.
