装配式圆孔板剪力墙结构工期影响因素分析及优化策略

摘　　要：装配式圆孔板剪力墙结构因具有预制构件生产标准化程度高、施工简单方便、施工成本低等优点,近年来获得较快发展。但又因该结构墙板尺寸小、连接钢筋施工较复杂,在安装工期方面表现得不尽人意。通过分析该结构体系施工工艺特点,结合实际工程项目建设数据,对工期影响因素进行了系统归纳,运用AHP层次分析法建立了数据分析模型,通过分析厘清影响工期的主要因素,并给出优化策略。The precast round hole plate shear wall structure of the fabricated structure system has a certain market share at present because of its own construction characteristics.The technical flow of the system is summarized by combing the literature and combining the site investigation data of the project construction,this paper collects the influencing factors of the construction period,uses AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP),establishes the data model calculation and analysis with the help of software,determines the main factors affecting the construction period,and then gives the strategy of improving the factors influencing the construction period so as to improve the actual social benefits of the construction period.
