摘　　要：当前住宅建筑中普遍存在楼板开裂等质量问题。据此,以青岛胶州市樾府2.2期项目为例,从原材料、施工设计以及工程施工3个方面对建筑工程楼板裂缝常见原因进行分析研究,进而提出针对性预防措施,旨在为后续建筑工程楼板裂缝问题分析及解决提供理论参考。At present,there are many quality problems such as floor cracking in residential buildings.Therefore,taking the Yuefu phase 2.2 project in Jiaozhou,Qingdao as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the common causes of floor cracks in construction projects from three aspects:raw materials,construction design and engineering construction,and then puts forward targeted preventive measures,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the analysis and solution of floor cracks in subsequent construction projects.
