摘　　要：文章以某地泵站工程建设的实际案例入手,结合现场的诸多因素,对该泵站深基坑工程的具体施工技术流程进行了详细的探讨,并对工程中的相关施工管理措施也予以简要阐述,以期为今后类似工程项目施工建设提供些许参考借鉴。Starting with the actual case of the construction of a pump station project,combined with many factors on the site,this paper discusses in detail the specific construction technical process of the deep foundation pit project of the pump station,and briefly expounds the relevant construction management measures in the project,in order to provide some reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
