摘　　要：新结构经济学是对中国乃至其他发展中国家经济成败经验的总结,试图对不同发展阶段经济体的经济发展、转型与运行现象提供一个系统性解释。它是使用新古典经济学的方法,从要素禀赋结构这一基本的外生变量出发来研究经济结构的决定因素及其影响的一门学科,主张有效市场和有为政府共同推动生产结构和制度结构的升级。新结构经济学在制度结构分析方面存在理论拓展的需求,应该重视对制度结构的分析。在此基础上,提出了新结构制度经济学的三个理论假说和三个亟须研究的重要问题。New Structural Economics is a summary of the economic successes and failures of China and other developing countries,attempting to provide a systematic explanation for the phenomena of economic development,transformation and operation of economies at different stages of development.It is a discipline that applies the method of Neoclassical Economics to studying the determinants and influences of economic structures from the basic exogenous variable of factor endowment structure,and advocates that efficient market and facilitating state jointly promote the upgrading of production structure and institutional structure.This paper points out the need for theoretical expansion in the analysis of institutional structure in New Structural Economics,and believes that it should pay attention to the analysis of institutional structure.Further,this paper puts forward three theoretical hypotheses and three important issues that need to be urgently studied in the field of New Structural Institutional Economics.
