摘 要:根据季节的变化,小水电的运行会对配电网的节点电压和网损产生不同程度的影响,危害电网安全运行的同时也使网损分摊更加复杂。为保障电网正常运行,使其往安全经济的方向发展,提出了一种针对含小水电配电网并计及电压上下限约束的网损分摊方法。首先,分析小水电在各种情况下对配电网节点电压及网损的影响;其次,根据分析结果建立分摊模型,基于改进平均网损系数法得到基础分摊量,然后根据各节点电压越限量和平水期最小网损的变化量对基础分摊量进行修正;最后,以某地区小水电接入的配电网为例进行分析,验证所提方法的正确性和有效性。Affected by the season,the operation of small hydropower will have varying degrees of influence on the node voltage and network loss of the distribution network,which will affect the safe operation of the power grid and complicate the distribution of network losses.In order to ensure the normal operation of the power grid and make it develop in a safe and economical direction,a network loss allocation method for the distribution network with small hydropower and considering the voltage constraints is proposed.Firstly,the influence of small hydropower on the node voltage and network loss of the distribution network under various conditions is analyzed;secondly,the apportionment model is established according to the analysis results,and the basic apportionment amount is obtained based on the improved average network loss coefficient method,and then according to the voltage limit of each node,the minimum network loss change in the peacetime period is used to correct the basic apportionment of small hydropower and voltage over-limit nodes;finally,the distribution network connected to a small hydropower in a certain area is taken as an example to analyze to verify the correctness of the proposed method and effectiveness.
