摘 要:【目的】通过研究间伐强度对小兴安岭天然针阔混交林优势树种非结构性碳水化合物浓度及其分配格局的影响,探究林带间伐后的生长状况、适应策略及恢复潜力。【方法】以5种间伐强度(15%、20%、25%、30%、35%)的次生林林带为研究对象,以未间伐林带为对照,分析了各间伐强度对树木NSC浓度及分配格局的影响。【结果】(1)云杉、冷杉和色木槭NSC各组分浓度在不同间伐强度样地中差异显著(P<0.05),且3个树种总NSC浓度随间伐强度的增大呈现出先上升后下降的倒“V”型曲线;3个树种的枝、干总NSC浓度对间伐强度的响应均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,树叶总NSC浓度随间伐强度先下降后上升再下降。不同树种总NSC浓度的峰值皆取自间伐林地,说明合理的间伐强度有利于林木NSC浓度的增加。其中云杉林总NSC浓度最高的样地为20%间伐强度,冷杉总NSC浓度最高的样地为15%间伐强度,色木槭总NSC浓度最高的样地为30%间伐强度;(2)不同间伐强度林木器官NSC的分配格局有趋势性变化,树干NSC占比随间伐强度的增大而波动下降,树叶NSC的占比波动上升;不同间伐强度下树枝NSC占比的差异不显著。【结论】树木通过调节个体和器官非结构性碳水化合物的浓度和分配来适应抚育间伐作业带来的影响,研究结果对于深入理解小兴安岭天然针阔混交林的碳储存特征和分配机理具有参考意义。【Objective】By studying the influence of thinning intensity on the concentration and distribution pattern of non-structural carbohydrates of dominant species in natural coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests in Xiaoxing’an Mountains,the growth status,adaptation strategies and restoration potential of forest belts after thinning were explored.【Method】In this article,five secondary forest belts with different thinning intensities(15%,20%,25%,30%,and 35%)were used as the research objects,and the unthinned forest belt was used as a control to analyze the distribution pattern and NSC concentration difference of each thinning intensity.【Result】(1)The NSC concentrations of the forests with different thinning intensities were significantly different(P<0.05),fluctuating between 105.8 and 385.9 mg/g.The NSC concentration of the branches and stems of the three tree species first increased and then decreased with the increase of thinning density.With the increase of thinning intensity,the NSC concentration of leaves first decreased,then increased and then decreased.The peaks of the concentrations of various components of different tree species were all taken from the thinned forest land,indicating that a reasonable thinning intensity is beneficial to the increase of forest NSC concentration.Among them,the plot with the highest NSC concentration in spruce trees was the one with 20%thinning intensity,the plot with the highest NSC concentration in fir trees was with 15%thinning intensity,and the plot with the highest NSC concentration in Acer serrata trees was with 30%thinning intensity;(2)The distribution pattern of non-structural carbohydrates in tree organs with different thinning intensities had a trend change.The proportion of trunk NSC fluctuated and decreased with the increase of thinning intensity,the proportion of leaf NSC fluctuated upward,and there was no significant difference in the proportion of branch NSC.【Conclusion】Trees adapt to the impact of thinning operations by adjusting the concentrati
