摘　　要：【目的】洞庭湖生态系统价值是洞庭湖区、湖南省及长江中下游经济社会的重要保障,研究目的在于加强洞庭湖生态系统的保护和修复,科学开发和利用其服务功能,为促进区域经济社会稳健发展提供参考依据。【方法】采用净初级生产力标准来测量生态系统服务价值,运用经典柯布·道格拉斯生产函数,通过协整与误差修正模型分析了1978—2020年洞庭湖生态系统服务对洞庭湖区(湖南省)经济增长的影响,并评估出净初级生产力的边际价格。【结果】洞庭湖生态系统服务对区域经济增长具有明显正向驱动作用,得出净初级生产力每提高1%促进真实GDP增长0.0269%;在洞庭湖生态系统服务的作用下,区域经济增长以每年2.2%的速度熨平系统运行中短期的非均衡状态并向经济增长的长期均衡状态迭进,通过协整模型的计量得出洞庭湖区生态系统服务净初级生产力平均边际价格为347.5元/106 kgC(以1978年价格为基准),结果显示边际价格主要受到洞庭湖区生态系统服务的弹性影响。【结论】洞庭湖生态系统服务对促进区域经济增长的平稳运行具有明显保障和调整作用。本研究中得到的洞庭湖生态系统服务价值对洞庭湖区及湖南省经济增长的测量数值是一个最低值,同样,得到的净初级生产力的边际价格也是一个最低值,在真实的国民经济社会的生产、生活中,实际值将大于本研究得出的计量值。【Objective】The ecosystem value of Dongting Lake is an important guarantee for the economy and society of Dongting Lake area,Hunan Province and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.The purpose of the study was to strengthen the protection and restoration of the Dongting Lake ecosystem,scientifically develop and utilize its service functions,and provide a reference basis for promoting the steady development of the regional economy and society.【Method】The net primary productivity(NPP)standard was used to measure the ecosystem service values(ESV).The impact of ecosystem services on the economic growth of Dongting Lake area(Hunan Province)from 1978 to 2020 was analyzed by using the classical Cobb Douglas production function and the Cointegration and error correction model.The marginal price of net primary productivity was evaluated.【Result】The research showed that the ecosystem services of Dongting Lake had a significant positive driving effect on the regional economic growth.It was concluded that every 1%increase in the net primary productivity promoted the growth of real GDP by 0.0269%.Under the effect of ecosystem services in Dongting Lake,the regional economic growth ironed the medium and short-term non-equilibrium state of system operation at the rate of 2.2%per year,and overlapped to the long-term equilibrium state of economic growth.Through the measurement of the cointegration model,347.5 yuan/106kgC(based on the price in 1978)was obtained as the average marginal price of net primary productivity of the ecosystem services in Dongting Lake area,and this marginal price was mainly affected by the elasticity of ecosystem services in the Dongting Lake area.【Conclusion】Ecosystem services of Dongting Lake can significantly ensure and adjust the smooth operation of the regional economic growth system.In this article,the measured value of Dongting Lake ecosystem service for the economic growth of Dongting Lake area and Hunan Province was the minimum value.Similarly,the marginal price of net
