摘 要:【目的】藓类植物在涵养水源、营养循环、环境指示、天然更新等方面都发挥着不容忽视的作用。羽枝青藓是秦岭北麓自然保护区(车峪)内石生苔藓的优势藓种之一。为验证人工培育羽枝青藓的可行性,探索羽枝青藓切茎繁殖培育因子对其生长的影响,以期能够快速扩繁羽枝青藓,为石质坡面绿化及生态恢复提供充足植物材料。【方法】通过野外调查确定自然状态下羽枝青藓的适宜环境(温度、湿度、光照强度);使用镊子和塑封袋获取长势良好的石生苔藓—羽枝青藓,阴干并除去杂质;室内培育因子设计选择基质类型、接种量和切茎长度3种影响因子进行完全试验。将羽枝青藓切茎按试验设计均匀接种在培育盒中,培育盒整齐置放于培育架上,在人工气候室内开展羽枝青藓的切茎培育。【结果】羽枝青藓切茎培育试验结果表明:(1)羽枝青藓生长的最适宜湿度为80%,温度为13~25℃,光照强度为4000~6000 lx;(2)羽枝青藓切茎碎段长度在1~3 mm时萌发潜力最大;(3)羽枝青藓切茎播种量为60 g/m^(2)为宜;(4)最适宜羽枝青藓切茎生长的培养基质为火山岩+麻布/纱布的组合。【结论】羽枝青藓可在人工控制的生长环境下实现人工培育和快速扩繁,羽枝青藓切茎繁殖影响因子的明确为苔藓种源快速扩繁和石质坡面绿化恢复新方向提供了重要借鉴。【Objective】Mosses play an important role in water conservation,nutrient cycle,environmental indication and natural regeneration.Brachythecium plumosum is one of the dominant moss species among the rocky mosses in the natural reserve(Cheyu)at the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains.,This work was designated to clarify the influence of cultivation factors of stem-cut reproduction on moss growth,in order to verify the feasibility of artificial cultivation of Brachythecium plumosum.It is expected that the rapid expansion of Brachythecium plumosum(hedw.)b.s.g can provide sufficient materials for the greening of stony slopes and soil improvement of economic forests.【Method】The suitable environment(temperature,humidity,light intensity)of Brachythecium plumosum was determined through field investigation.Tweezers and plastic bags were used to obtain a well-grown rocky moss-Brachythecium plumosum,and the samples were dried in the shade and impurities were removed.The indoor cultivation factor design selected three influencing factors including substrate type,inoculum amount and cutting stem length,and a complete experiment was carried out.The cut stems of Brachythecium plumosum were evenly inoculated in the cultivation boxes according to the experimental design,the cultivation boxes were neatly placed on the cultivation frame,and the cut stems of Brachythecium plumosum were cultivated in an artificial climate room.【Result】The results of the cultivation experiment of cut stems of Brachythecium plumosum showed that:(1)under the natural environment,the most suitable humidity for the growth of Brachythecium plumosum was 80%,the suitable temperature was 13-25℃,and the light intensity was 4000-6000 lx;(2)The growth and germination potential of artificially cultivated Brachythecium plumosum(hedw.)b.s.g showed the best when the cutting fragment was 1-3 mm;(3)the suitable sowing amount of cut stems of Brachythecium plumosum(hedw.)b.s.g was 60 g/m^(2).(4)the suitable planting substrate contained volcanic rock and li
