摘　　要：[目的]探索不同授粉方法对克服月季受精前障碍的作用,提高月季育种效率。[方法]以观赏性好的现代月季品种‘L5-8-1’、‘维维安’为母本,以野生蔷薇‘黄刺玫’为父本,分别配制杂交组合,采用赤霉素涂抹柱头、重复授粉、蒙导授粉3种授粉方法,研究提高杂交成功率的方法。[结果]3种方法对提高月季结实率均有促进作用,促进效果表现为重复授粉>蒙导授粉>赤霉素涂抹柱头。[结论]为创制月季新种质、培育新品种提供理论和现实依据。[Objective]The aim was to explore the effects of different pollination methods to overcome the prefertilization barriers and improve the breeding efficiency of rose.[Method]The modern rose cultivas‘L5-8-1’and‘Viviaen’as female parent,and the wild Rose xanchina Lindl was used as male parent.To overcome the distant hybridization barriers before fertilization,gibberellin smear stigma,repeated pollination and mento pollen pollination were used to study the methods to improve the success rate of hybridization.[Result]The three methods could promote the seed setting rate of rose,and the promotion effect was in the order of repeated pollination>mento pollen pollination>gibberellin smearing stigma.[Conclusion]It provided theoretical and practical basis for creating new rose germplasm and breeding new varieties.
