摘　　要：目的:观察彩色多普勒超声检查中应用BI-RADS分级标准对乳腺占位性病变的体检筛查价值。方法:回顾性分析我院健康管理中心2021年1月—2021年12月期间应用彩色多普勒超声筛查出的120例乳腺占位性病变患者临床资料。统计所有患者乳房超声影像学表现,应用BI-RADS分级标准对患者病情进行明确诊断,以病理检查结果为准评估分级诊断效能。结果:本研究纳入的120例乳腺占位性病变患者彩色多普勒超声诊断BI-RADS分级均为2~5级;病理检查结果中良性病灶48例,恶性病灶72例;分级诊断结果中良性病灶39例,恶性病灶81例。分级诊断的灵敏度、特异性、准确率分别为95.83%、75.00%、87.50%。结论:乳腺占位性病变筛查中应用BI-RADS分级标准的诊断效果较好,针对患者病灶组织的良恶性鉴别准确率较高,可考虑配合其他检测手段联合应用,最终实现乳腺良恶性疾病的控制治疗。Objective:To observe the value of bi-RADS grading standard in color Doppler ultrasound in screening breast space occupying lesions.Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients with breast space occupying lesions screened by color Doppler ultrasound from January 2021 to December 2021 in the health management Center of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The breast ultrasound imaging manifestations of all patients were counted,and the patient's condition was clearly diagnosed by bi-RADS grading standard,and the grading diagnosis efficiency was evaluated based on pathological examination results.Results:In this study,120 patients with breast space occupying lesions were included in the bi-RADS of color Doppler ultrasonography.Pathological examination showed 48 benign lesions and 72 malignant lesions.There were 39 cases of benign lesions and 81 cases of malignant lesions.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 95.83%,75.00%and 87.50%,respectively.Conclusion:The application of BI-RADS grading standard in the screening of breast occupying lesions has a good diagnostic effect,and has a high accuracy in differentiating benign and malignant lesions of patients.It can be considered to be combined with other detection methods,and finally achieve the control and treatment of benign and malignant breast diseases.
