摘  要:目的:构建一套科学合理且符合我国国情的社区灾害医学知识教育培训体系。方法:基于文献查阅及半标准化专家访谈,初步拟定社区灾害医学知识教育培训体系。运用Delphi专家函询法对12名专家进行问卷函询确立指标体系。结果:2轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为100.00%;2轮专家函询的Cr均>0.70且第二轮专家函询的Cr有所提升,平均Cr为0.81;肯德尔和谐系数χ^(2)检验<0.01,最终确定了由3个一级指标,11个二级指标和38个三级指标构成的社区灾害医学知识教育指标体系。结论:本研究得出的社区灾害医学知识教育指标体系可信度较高,为社区灾害医学知识教育培训体系的构建提供了科学系统的工具。Objective:To establish a scientific and reasonable community disaster medical knowledge education and training system in accordance with China's national conditions.Methods:Based on literature review and semi-standardized expert interview,the community disaster medical knowledge education and training system was preliminarily developed.Delphi expert letter inquiry method was used to establish the index system among 12 experts.Results:The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100.00%.The Cr of the two rounds of expert letter consultation was>0.70,and the Cr of the second round of expert letter consultation was improved,the average Cr was 0.81.Kendal harmony coefficient 2 test<0.01,finally determined the community disaster medical knowledge education index system composed of 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 38 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The index system of community disaster medical knowledge education obtained in this study has high credibility,which provides a scientific and systematic tool for the construction of community disaster medical knowledge education and training system.
