低密度聚乙烯滴眼剂瓶对三氯叔丁醇吸附作用研究

摘　　要：目的:考察低密度聚乙烯滴眼剂瓶对抑菌剂三氯叔丁醇的吸附情况,选择合适的溶剂对低密度聚乙烯滴眼剂瓶吸附的抑菌剂三氯叔丁醇进行提取。方法:(1)采用气相色谱法考察低密度聚乙烯滴眼剂瓶对抑菌剂三氯叔丁醇的吸附作用;(2)采用无水乙醇、三氯甲烷和四氢呋喃分别进行提取实验。结果:(1)采用低密度聚乙烯为材料的滴眼剂瓶对三氯叔丁醇有吸附作用;(2)无水乙醇、三氯甲烷和四氢呋喃提取的结果分别为:2.03%,0.96%,2.08%。结论:滴眼剂瓶选择低密度聚乙烯为材料生产的,会吸附一部分抑菌剂如三氯叔丁醇;无水乙醇和四氢呋喃的提取效果更好,考虑到安全性问题,采用无水乙醇作为浸提溶剂更为合适。Objective:To investigate the adsorption of antibacterial agent trichloro tert butyl alcohol on low density polyethylene eye drops bottle,and the suitable solvent was selected to extract the antibacterial agent trichloro tert butyl alcohol adsorbed on the LDPE eye drops bottle.Methods:(1)The adsorption effect of LDPE eye drops bottle on bacteriostatic agent trichloro tert butyl alcohol was investigated by gas chromatography;(2)Anhydrous ethanol,chloroform and tetrahydrofuran were used for extraction.Results:(1)The eye drops bottle made of LDPE has adsorption effect on trichloro tert butyl alcohol;(2)The results of Anhydrous ethanol,chloroform and tetrahydrofuran extraction were as follows:2.03%,0.96%,2.08%.Conclusion:The eye drops bottle made of LDPE has a certain degree of adsorption on the bacteriostatic agent trichloro tert butanol;Anhydrous ethanol and tetrahydrofuran had better extraction effect,the safety,Anhydrous ethanol is more suitable for the extraction under safe conditions.
