透明质酸注射填充改善中面部轮廓低平的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨通过透明质酸注射填充改善中面部轮廓低平的效果及安全性。方法于前颊部、内颊部及鼻基底部及鼻根处选取合适注射点位,在骨膜浅层注射适量透明质酸用以改善中面部轮廓低平,分析术后改善效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果58例求美者术后即刻效果明显,中面部轮廓低平的情况均得以不同程度改善,术后1~6个月随访并评估求美者满意度,效果满意。未出现红肿、淤青、术后形态欠佳及炎性肉芽肿等不良反应出现。结论于上述区域定点依次注射适量透明质酸的治疗方式安全可靠,能够明显改善求美者中面部的骨性轮廓,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of hyaluronic acid injection filling to improve the low-profile mid-face.Methods Appropriate injection sites were selected at the front cheek,inner cheek,base of the nose and the root of the nose,and an appropriate amount of hyaluronic acid was injected into the superficial layer of the periosteum to improve the mid-face contour.The postoperative improvement effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results 58 cases of beauty seekers had obvious immediate effect after operation,and the low and flat mid-face contours were improved to varying degrees.The patients were followed up 1 to 6 months after the operation to evaluate the satisfaction of the beauty seekers,and the results were satisfactory.There were no adverse reactions such as redness,swelling,bruising,poor postoperative shape and inflammatory granuloma.Conclusions The treatment method of injecting an appropriate amount of hyaluronic acid in the above-mentioned areas is safe and reliable,and can significantly improve the bony contour of the mid-face of beauty seekers,which is worthy of promotion.
