摘 要:高强度水凝胶具有优良的力学性能,根据交联方式的不同,可分为物理和化学交联两种。其中,高强度物理交联水凝胶的生物安全性好,交联网络可逆,可重复利用,受到了越来越多的关注。总结和评述了离子、氢键、疏水、结晶四种构建高强度物理水凝胶常用交联方式的特点;归纳了高强度物理交联水凝胶常见的应用;展望了其发展方向。High strength hydrogels had excellent mechanical properties and could be divided into physical and chemical crosslinking according to different crosslinking modes.Among them,high strength physical cross-linking hydrogels had attracted more and more attention due to their good biosafety,reversible cross-linking network and reusable.The characteristics of ion,hydrogen bond,hydrophobic and crystal crosslinking methods for the construction of high strength physical hydrogels were reviewed.The common applications of high strength physical crosslinked hydrogels were summarized.The development direction was prospected.
