摘 要:在大型或复杂航空结构生产、组装时,构件间的连接尤为重要。传统的复合材料连接技术具有一些明显缺陷。针对热塑性复合材料,人们一边深入探索新型高效的机械连接和胶接方法的同时,一边着眼于具有巨大潜力的熔融焊接技术。针对热塑性复合材料各类连接技术,对它们的特点、应用及研究现状进行概述,重点论述了电阻焊接、感应焊接、超声焊接三种焊接技术,并对航空结构热塑性复合材料发展进行了展望。In the production and assembly of large or complex aeronautical structures,the connection between components was particularly important.Traditional composite joining techniques had some obvious defects.For thermoplastic composites,while exploring new efficient mechanical and adhesive bonding methods,the fusion welding technology with great potential was focused.The characteristics,applications and research status of various joining technologies of thermoplastic composites were summarized,and three welding technologies of resistance welding,induction welding and ultrasonic welding were emphatically discussed,and the development of aerospace structure thermoplastic composites was prospected.
